Ennio's Pasta House

Heading to Ennio's Pasta House for dinner, update to follow...

My sister and I had a lovely evening out, there's something so comforting about good, rich well-made Italian Food.
For dinner we enjoyed Pazzo bread (deep fried dough tossed in parmesean cheese and dipped in marinara sauce), and pasta Annabella (farfelle noodles in a creamy basil pesto with sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, and chicken for you non-vegetarians). Normally, I order pasta alla Bettola, a creamy, vodka-infused blush sauce with tons of heat from fresh chilies.

If you are in need of some good Italian TLC, check out Ennio's but make sure you go to the location on Fairway Road in Kitchener. When you go, don't hold your breath for good service, and definitely don't ask for any accommodations for your meal (your Italian bun may be thrown at you), but the food is consistently delicious, and is worth it.

  1. Wow! The food sounds wonderful! I love the great detail in your writing! It gives me a sense of verisimilitude of the food! I'll have to try Ennio's this Friday for my Dad's birthday!
