Let's Hear It For The Bagel - Part 2

So, after returning home from Ottawa the quest for making the perfect MSB veggie sandwich began.

First, fresh baked City Cafe Bakery sesame MSB's. Next, Canadian Aged Cheddar slightly melted. Then a triple threat: heirloom tomato slices, fresh basil and shaved red onion, use a mandolin. And the main event marinated eggplant (inspired by the Kettleman's combo) and sliced roasted red peppers tossed in spicy tzatziki. Does it get any better than this?
