Amy's Power Smoothie
Raw, vegan and diabetic safe.
Makes enough for 1 large meal replacement serving, or 2 smaller snack servings.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (must be frozen!)
1 cup of milk, almond, soy or any other
1 scoop of unflavoured whey powder (I use New Zealand Organic Whey Powder)
1 tbsp of flax seed oil
1 tbsp raw chocolate powder
1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter, cashew butter, or almond butter
2 pitted medjool dates
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve with a straw and enjoy!
