Manchego, Honey Comb & Black Truffle

Sometimes simplicity is key. This is was one of my favourite dishes when I lived in Barcelona. Indulge in this elegant and rich Spanish starter, or dessert.

Ingredients:
500g of manchego cheese
500g of honey comb
Black truffles, shaved or black truffle paste

Instructions:
Slice cheese into thin slices lengthwise and place decoratively on a plate, serves 4-6. Thinly slice honey comb and place on top of cheese. Garnish with freshly shaved black truffles, or a small dollop of black truffle paste. Enjoy!
